Another character from that dumbass Megaman+TwistedFates crossover. It's *Clover1's character, Jein Blackstar, as his digitized self. He takes on the name "Foxtrot" and serves as a Banshee (in the World Wide Network, Banshees are creatures and beings designated to protect the NATA virus and its nests-- more on both later :'UU )
Actually I think this'll be Blackstar's legit net suit. :UUU
